Socialising, getting fit and having fun is what HBG is all about. Our group exercise classes offer the perfect balance of all three,  just choose the classes that suit you best. We’re constantly refining our group exercise programme to ensure we bring you the latest trends and the classes our members love most.
Here at HBG we offer a wide range of Racket sports at a great price. We have two full size sports halls with four courts especially for  the badminton lovers. There is also the opportunity to test your reactions with a game of table tennis. You can also make the most of dry weather and book an outdoor tennis court.  
Healthy Balanced Generation offer Male, Female and Disabled changing facilities at both sites. These changing facilities are spacious, clean and tidy with multiple hot showers within.  We also offer lockers to store all your belongings whilst you concerntrate on your journey to health, fitness and vitality.

ASTRO TURF

PITCHES

With full size 3G pitches at both sites HBG can offer a wide range of activites for a great price. Make the most of the pitch with 5 a side Football, 11 a side Football and even Rugby. With the pitch surrounded by floodlights there is no restrictions on when you can book. HBG also offers great reductions for junior bookings.
